I recommend them to anyone 110 percent ... Jason and Jim were extremely thorough, and their attention to detail was flawless. They have been in the business for a long time, and their honesty and trustworthiness are truly genuine. They are not afraid to get down and dirty, and climb into tiny crawl spaces and/or attics. This is our 4th home purchase and JLC Home Inspections is by far the best home inspector we’ve dealt with. Jay is the person I trust for my home inspection. He is thorough, knowledgeable, and will walk you through every inch of the house to ensure you are comfortable with your home purchase. Make sure he's your first call when looking for a home inspector. We have had Jason inspect two homes we were considering purchasing. Thanks to Jason's thorough method and detailed report, we decided to walk away from the first house after a few major items were discovered.

I don’t know the first thing about homes and am often the person that just pays someone to fix the problem. Jason explained every problem, why it was a problem, and how to do it myself if I wanted.
