My outlook is to take a process that can feel overwhelming, and break it down to be less intimidating and easier to understand. You will feel confident in your property transaction because my desire is to do what’s right for you–this will be evident in the way you are treated from start to finish. This experience easily lends itself to knowing and understanding the ins-and- outs of the buildings and homes I inspect. Personally investing in my own home remodels, and rental properties also gives me the experience to know what is important to you, my client. As a home inspector, seeing the details is my business, and has been for 20 years.
Melissa was wonderful when scheduling and Jason was personable and professional- he was thorough on site and in the report. The pre-inspection agreement will outline payment options and/or fees as they apply. Home inspection fees are based upon the square footage of your home, finished and unfinished. He was very thorough and took the time to explain everything to us. He even answered some questions we had that weren’t directly related to the home inspection. I would definitely recommend them and their prices are comparable to any other home inspector. I read a lot of reviews online for different home inspectors and decided on JLC.
We have used Jason for the last 3 homes we were going to purchase each one came up with major issues. I can’t say enough about how informative and what a great home inspecter he is. Jason went above and beyond to make sure that he checked every inch of the homes he was extremely detail oriented. He took pictures of every issue and explained the dangers of each one. Subsequently we decided after finding out from him all of the major issues that we would not purchase the homes.

JLC is absolutely the most thorough inspection company. They use a drone to see the roof, brilliant if you ask me. The addressed every part of the home and what you dont think about, they do. You will get a comprehensive report that includes pictures and is easy to understand, so you can make your buying decision with confidence.
